	My name is Matt Vann, and I have owned and run Aardvark Technology since it was established in 2004. Since that time I have successfully served the South Cambridgeshire region, servicing home and business computers. Recently, I have begun to offer support for Apple Macintosh, due in no small part to the Mac's growing popularity in the home and small business sectors.

	Today, I not only offer support but also sales of new and used computer equipment - laptops, desktops, printers for home or the office, networking and more. If you're fed up with the High Street stores (who isn't?) then speak to me. I also do design for Print and Web, catering for everything from business cards to flyers, posters, website and promotional email design, along with the obligatory web banners.


	If you're curious about my background, you might be interested to know that I wasn't always a geek. Up until 2002 I was a car salesman, selling premium brands such as Porsche and BMW in Cambridge and Norfolk. Having done this for 8 years, I took the plunge and moved into software sales ... just as the software industry took a plunge. Redundancy put me out of work, and after a years' sabbatical and some globe-trotting, Aardvark Technology was born.

	With car sales long behind me, the future beckons. I am now a published writer, regularly contributing to a magazine in the United States that is also distributed in the UK, Active Trader. This ties in with another of my hobbies, trading the financial markets, but the writing is purely technical - there are far more talented traders out there! The writing brings with it the long-awaited book, which today is almost complete. I aim to have it done before my 35th birthday, which is not so very far away as I write this. The book is going to be about PCs obviously, but it's written in a way that anyone ought to be able to understand. Watch this space!
